What happens if I am sick and cannot make my appointment?
We have a 24 hour cancellation policy. If you are unable to make your appointment, please give us as much advanced notice as possible. You may be subject to a late cancellation fee.
What happens if I cancel or reschedule an appointment less than 24 hours before my appointment?

Do you offer returns or exchanges on products?
No, once a product has been purchased and leaves our office, a product is not eligible for returns or exchanges. If you have a defective or damaged product, please bring it into our office so that we may return it to the company.
Do you offer refunds on treatment packages?
No. If you have purchased a treatment package and are unable to complete your treatment series, your package will be converted to credits that can be used on future services or product purchases.
What do I need to do to prepare for a laser hair reduction appointment?
Please be sure to shave the area being treated by the laser the morning of your appointment. In between your laser appointments, please do not wax the area, only shave.
What do I need to do to prepare for my chemical peel appointment?
For best results, please avoid these procedures and products 5 days before your chemical peel appointment: waxing of the area, any exfoliating products, Retinols and Retin-A, and any products that may dry out and irritate the area.
If I am taking antibiotics can I receive a laser treatment?
Yes and no. If you are taking antibiotics you cannot receive an IPL laser treatment. It is safe to receive any other laser treatments while on antibiotics.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance.
Do you have gift cards?
Yes, we do have gift cards! They can be purchased for any denomination or package. Gift cards can be redeemed on services and products. They can be purchased in our office or over the phone.
Do you ship products?
Yes, we do ship products! There is a $10 shipping fee, and we ship to all 50 states.
