Our Policies

We have a 24 hour cancellation policy.

If an appointment is not cancelled in the 24 hour time period, or if you no show your appointment there will be a fee applied to your account. Below are the fees:

  • First last-minute cancellation or no show will result in a $25 fee

  • Second last-minute cancellation or no show will result in a $50 fee

  • Third last-minute cancellation or no show will result in full payment of missed service(s)

  • Fourth last-minute cancellation or no-show will require full payment of service(s) upon booking your appointment.

We do not accept returns on products.

All products that are purchased from Modern Skin Solutions, are final sale. If your product is damaged in some way, please bring it in the office so that we can contact the company directly to receive a replacement.
